Thank you for your patience as we transition to a new email server.  This upgrade includes many new features designed to make your experience easier. While we’re still working through a few final adjustments and the system isn’t quite at 100% yet, your email is fully accessible. You might need to restart or refresh your browser. If you need additional help, please call our business office 320.573.1390 Monday through Friday, between 8 am and 4:30 pm.

You can check your email anytime by visiting our website and clicking either of the 

Check Email link. Simply enter your login information and you’ll be directed to your inbox.

HERE IS THE INFORMATION CHANGING IN YOUR EMAIL SETTINGS:

Incoming: secure.emailsrvr.com
IMAP Port: 993 | POP3 Port: 995
Outgoing: secure.emailsrvr.com | Port: 465

Settings for your electronic device

For Outlook, please try these steps or watch the video: 

  1. Incoming Mail (IMAP): secure.emailsrvr.com, Port: 993, Encryption: SSL/TLS.

  2. Outgoing Mail (SMTP): secure.emailsrvr.com Port: 465, Encryption: SSL/TLS.

  3. Open Outlook  Add Account: Click File > Add Account.

  4. Enter Email: Type your full email address and check the box for "Let me set up my account manually". Click Connect.

  5. Choose IMAP: Select IMAP as the account type.

  6. Enter Server Details: 

  7. Authenticate: Enter your password and click Next, then Finish.

Steps to Change Incoming/Outgoing Server Settings

  1. To set up a mailbox in Mozilla Thunderbird, open the application, go to Menu > Account Settings > Account Actions > Add Mail Account. Enter your name, email address, and password, then click "Continue" for automatic configuration. Select IMAP (recommended) for server synchronization and click "Done.

  2. If Manual Setup Required:

  3. Protocol: IMAP (keeps mail on server) or POP3 (downloads mail to device).

  4. Incoming Server: secure.emailsrvr.com.

  5. Outgoing Server (SMTP): secure.emailsrvr.com.

  6. Security: SSL/TLS.

  7. Port: 993 (IMAP) or 465 (SMTP)

It is recommended to delete your mail account in your app and add a new mail account rather than changing the settings. If you find you  are getting errors when trying to change the settings, try deleting the account and adding a new account.

For Apple, please try these steps or watch the video: 

To change email server settings on an iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > Mail > Accounts, select your account, tap the account address, and update the Incoming/Outgoing Mail Server Host Names. For outgoing issues, tap SMTP to edit or add a new server. Remember to select "Done" to save changes. 

Steps to Update Email Server Settings (iOS/iPadOS):

  1. Open Settings: Navigate to the Settings app on your device.

  2. Mail/Accounts: Scroll down, tap Mail, then Accounts.

  3. Select Account: Tap the email account you need to update.

  4. Edit Incoming/Outgoing:

    1. Tap your account email address (usually listed at the top) to edit incoming settings (IMAP/POP).

    2. To change outgoing settings, tap SMTP under the "Outgoing Mail Server" section.

  5. Change Server Data: Update the Host Name, Username, and Password for the required server.

  6. Save: Tap Done to save your changes. 

Common Troubleshooting Tips:

  • SMTP Issues: If you cannot send email, tap SMTP, select the primary server, and toggle on SSL or update the port (e.g., 587 or 465).

For Android, please try these steps or watch the video: 

To change email server settings on Android, open your mail app, go to Settings, select your account, find Server Settings (often under Advanced Settings), and manually update the incoming (IMAP/POP) and outgoing (SMTP) server names, ports, security types (SSL/TLS or STARTTLS), and login details, then save changes. 

 

General Steps for Native or Other Email Apps (Samsung Email, etc.)

  1. Open your native Email app (not always Gmail).

  2. Tap the Menu icon (three lines) and then the Settings cogwheel (gear icon).

  3. Select the email account you want to modify.

  4. Scroll down and tap Server Settings or Advanced Settings.

  5. Tap Incoming Settings to adjust IMAP/POP settings (server, port, security).

  6. Tap Outgoing Settings to adjust SMTP settings (server, port, security, sign-in).

  7. Enter the specific server details (e.g., imap.yourdomain.com, smtp.yourdomain.com, ports like 993/587, SSL/TLS) provided by your email host, then tap Done or Next.
